booking.com messed up and booked us at a different hotel, one that was already fully booked! They mistakenly gave me a reservation for our first hotel. We ended up at the Fairfield as a result of booking.com trying to resolve their mistake with us. Great gym, hotel itself a little tired but being upgraded

This hotel is next to the huge shopping mall. It is a very standard Fairfield although little tired looking. Signs in the lobby say that there will be an upgrade in 2016 - it needs it!
The real gem about this hotel is that is offers access to LA Fitness which is connected to the hotel via a glass walkway....

A decent hotel that needs updating

This is a typical Fairfield Inn, actually along the road that surrounds the huge King of Prussia mall. The rooms are ok and are supposed to be updated soon, but they were clean and appropriately stocked. The heat worked well and the room was quiet.
The breakfast is included and it was also fine: scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, rolls...

Our first time staying here.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
While the room was spotless, the toilet seat (as in many hotels) was very low.
This isn't the most comfortable height for a tall person or someone with knee problems.
The other thing where we had a problem , was the lack of a coffee table...

The only good things about this place are the location (mall/lmco) and complimentary use of the gym next door. The sign in the lobby suggests a renovation is planned - really needed. Better options nearby for the $$ until they do.
