That should not of happened. Ourselves and employees have children and would not want thier events to be trumped by what should be a joyful purchase. We have purchased and put our own delivery vehicles on the road which has eliminated these types of errors. At that time we were using outsourced/contracted delivery services. Sorry for your inconvienece.

Horrible service! We ordered furniture for our children on Monday, we were told they couldn't deliver until Friday, we agreed. Friday is here now, after waiting what has seemed like an eternity,, I gave them a call asking when they thought they would deliver, he had no idea but guaranteed by 4 pm, granted this was at 12:30.
