I bought a storage unit at an auction, I know you get what you paid for but I didn't know that I way buying rodents. The unit was infested with rats and I even was bitten. I informed the manager and the next day she said that she called other people and she said that I should be happy with them not charging "me" a clean out fee and they laughed about it.
