New couch. Redone shower\n\nOld manual AC. No thermostat. Kept coming on. Mattress was worn out. Very uncomfortable. No support at all.

Inexpensive and location. The kitchenette is good.\n\nGuests are hanging outside smoking outside the front door to the lobby. Lots of VDOT or other construction type people staying there with their trucks so that's a lot of noise in the morning b4 6am.
