You can find inexpensive clothing here, but you get what you pay for. The reason I am rating so low is because I went there today trying to buy a gift for a bridal shower and was told that there is no where at this location to see or print a couple's wedding registry. This is a very poor business decision for JC Penny. I walked right out and shopped elsewhere for the bride-to-be. Unfortunate.

Penny's always has good deals in their stores'. I bought an $80. Winter coat which was regular $80. for $24. The best time to buy is after Christmas and you can stock up for the whole year. The people who work in there are very nice as well.... I will always continue to go back to Penny's.
