Went in for battery replacement in two watches and a band adjustment on one. The guy at the counter said $20 for the batteries and $10 for the band. Sounds good. Fast service, but then at check...

A small family-owned business that knows how to take care of you. Battery changes are a little steep, but they do good work.

These people take pride in what they do, the person working at the store knew what he was talking about, and took pride in his store, exactly what I want from a jewellery shop. The prices are comparable to other jewellery stores, not a bargain, but the service is amazing and professional, and if anything ever breaks it gets repaired.

I don't live in the area, but I continue to travel so far because I know I will get excellent customer service and repairs. The staff is fantastic with questions.
