This is the best insurance office I have ever had. The people actually really care about their clients. I was so impressed with the help I recieved during my recent claim and am very happy I had a local person to help me with the process. Thanks again!

My problem is more with State Farm as a company than Carmen, but she is my Agent. I've spoken with her and got the impression she is a sweet person, but not someone I would want in my corner when fighting for me as a customer, she seemed very passive to me. All my interactions with the staff, seemed like they were very polite, courteous, friendly, but that does nothing when they are incapable...
