I was given several gift certificates from my husband and father to get my hair done at European Day Spa of Williamsburg with Januzc (pronounced YANNUSH), as I had several times in the past. Though the atmosphere of the business is lovely and the personnel are very professional, I cannot recommend this spa for waxing purposes. I had a full leg wax, and when I returned home, I found so many still hairy portions of my legs that I had to shave my legs, thus defeating the purpose of getting a leg wax. I do not think the woman doing my wax paid any attention to making sure she covered the full area of my legs. I also mentioned with the first application that the wax was too hot, but she did not adjust the temperature. The wax was not the most expensive I have had, but it was so...

This is, as far as I know, the only salon/spa in Williamsburg that offers threading. It's a bit pricey ($12) compared to what I've paid in the city for similar services, but the staff is skilled...
