Not friendly at all when I walked in. I had a tin cup pearl necklace to be fixed. I was ruined, and they made me feel like it was my fault. He sautered a link together for no purpose. Did not even help it to look nice. No one can fix it now!

I was looking for three of the same rings. I wanted to get one for each of my sisters. I decided to check out this place. They were very nice and I actually found a beautiful mult-color ring that I wanted. The price was good. I asked the salesman if they had any more of that ring. If you are looking for a good selection of old and new jewelry, Euless Gold and Silver is the place to go in the mid-cities area. They have a large store in the shopping center right of the interstate which is easy to get to. There is a ton of parking in a huge lot. They carry gold, silver, etc... Their prices are fair. Their appraisals are also very fair, realistic, and usually free. It is an easy to get to location right off the highway, and has and helpful staff.
