Etto's New Patio Should Bring Shorter Waits

14th Street pizza darling Etto has a new patio, which means almost double the seating for the tiny Italian restaurant. The patio is officially open, serving up the restaurant's signature pizzas, anchovies and charcuterie. The addition should significantly help with wait times for the notoriously busy restaurant.

Defining artisanal, this buzzing Italian newcomer near Logan Circle pours wine from chef-owner Peter Pastan's winery and grinds its own flour for its country breads and wood-fired pizza (check out the wooden hand-operated mill); beyond that, the sunny space has a chalkboard listing salumi and other specials as well as some small plates similar to those offered at sibling 2 Amys.
