I was at that funeral on that day and I was very pleased with the funeral home. This is the way that service went, first of all he was not wrapped in plastic, that was to cover the casket because it was raining very hard.
To my knowlegde,if the family owns the funeral home on a service, the family very seldom will return to pay the balance. Please, if you were not there and have not ever used...
