I thought I was getting good service at a good price. I was so wrong! After 6 months of repeat calls and visits (the entire warranty period) my car still can't get out of second gear. Estep Transmissions does not stand behind their work. I could have bought a factory transmission for what Estep charged me. Run, don't walk... in the opposite direction.

Estep Transmissions does not have honor. They took my money and gave me nothing but frustration in return. Multiple visits over 6 months and still not repaired. I could have bought a factory rebuilt transmission for what they charged me. Small claims court.

They kept my car for the entire warranty period, charged me for a rebuilt transmission, still isn't fixed. They left greasy fingerprints all over and tracked oil and dirt into the carpet. i'd bet these guy couldn't even spell transmission and now they repair them? Ask to see certifications/credentials on any of these bums and i'm sure you will leave empty handed.......however they are really … i'd bet these guy couldn't even spell transmission and now they repair them?
