I wanted to do something a little different than the usual treadmill and eliptical machine so I found this gym and with one mention of trying a pole dancing class my friend egerly agreed to come too. It was a blast. Every one there was so nice and polite. We had a great time and we did break a sweat! It was great to get out of the old routine and try something new. They have pole & chair dancing classes which are a serious workout. Who knew that you could have so much fun and get a workout. You've got to try it.
