worst dining experience in Norfolk, Va ever

I sent this email to their webpage email listing:
After being greeted by a friendly waiter and told they do not have a menu we asked if they had steak because we wanted steak. Yes there was sirloin steak and beef kabobs served. We were told that we could help our selves to the cold/hot bars and then to turn the little indicator up to green when we were ready to be served meat. The trip to the cold and hot bar took 5 minutes or less and the coffee we asked for finally came with the explanation that a fresh pot was made. No bread was offered at the bars or brought to the table.
Up to now I was not that unhappy, but with the indicator up to start having steak brought to the table; we got very dry chicken drumette, then a very tiny (a small bite) of pork loin, followed by very rare and fatty lamb (again less than a good bite of actual meat), then finally a skewer of flank steak was brought by a small slice of the toughest overcooked meat came to the table. Now 45 minutes into the dining experience came a small piece of chicken breast wrapped in bacon, and the coffee refill was brought over while I watched three other tables being served a full skewer of what appeared to be steak (maybe the sirloin). None for us however. Now our waiter came to the larger table and served a warm chunk of pineapple to them and brought the tough core by for us. I had enough by then and asked for the check and it came in less than a minute.
The 35.95 price per person was a shock. No way did we receive a meal close to being worth that price even if the service had been adequate. I took the bill and asked to speak to the manager and was told by our waiter there was not one and he was the head waiter. I told him that I did not think the price was justified, but other than walking out without paying I had not other option. I paid the bill, left a generous tip ($1.00) for service received and will not ever be back. I will tell others of my experience, but I doubt if you post this on your website. (email to website was rejected as mail system error).

Yelp

Worst Brazilian steakhouse I have ever been in. Poor selection on salad bar, garlic steak had a coating of a low quality garlic cream sauce. Decor does not look like any of the other Brazilian…

We are carnivores by nature and we LOVE brazilian steakhouses. The fact that Espeto Na Brasa calls themselves a "brazilian steakhouse" is "BS" and is an insult to all of the other brazilian steakhouses around the globe. Half of the advertised menu doesn't exist.. or they're "sold out of it tonight." They advertise that their brazilian wines are 1/2 off during nightly happy hour yet they ......

I hosted a large party here. My guests had a great time. Everyone raved about the food, atmosphere and service.

Yelp

I went there for dinner with a group of friends while visiting the area. I think the price was reasonable considering it is basically "all you can eat". So it's a perfect place for meat lovers and…

Yelp

Espeto is a below-average Brazilian steakhouse. The hot and cold items are mixed bag of 'pretty good' and 'bleh'. My group found the service to be inattentive and the meat carvers to be minimally…
