Eric is very knowledgeable about the Tidewater area, and seems to know just what you are looking for after the very first meeting. Eric sold my home and helped me find a rental. Eric is the best real estate professional period.
He made buying and selling houses very enjoyable and provided well above board service.
For Example: A home when on the market friday afternoon 2:00pm. At 2:03pm we have an appointment made to visit the home 9:00am saturday. At 3:00pm saturday we had a signed contract on the home. We are very thankful to have Eric as our real estate professional.
