They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
