They changed the price after giving the estimate which was for complete work- materials and installation, but once they completed the work they changed the price, they added tax for labor also by saying they quoted for entire work as one item.

Update:Paul was courteous and called me up and resolved the issue, he mentioned it was misunderstanding and refunded the difference.
