Always excellent service at this location. My family are regular renters and have always been treated above the level of satisfaction. Every vehicle that we have rented has been satisfactory and they have not hesitated to upgrade when our selections are not available. My preferred rental company is Enterprise, however my recent rental in Richmond was less than satisfactory. The van reeked of cigarette smoke and the interior was dirty. There were children's crayons between the seats and debris on much of the floor.
