We are going through USAA due to our Jeep being in the shop. First Enterprise picked me up in a car that had been smoked in from a previous rental, it stunk and made me sick to my stomach. Then...

The worst enterprise I have been to, and I have dealt with them in multiple states and on many occasions. This one was like Wal-Mart where you wait in line while you watch other workers not help...

The 2016 had a strong scent of smoke. Additionally, The return date and time scheduled (Sat, 4:00 p.m.) was when the facility was closed (they close at noon on Sat). The agent should have made a special point of warning me of this situation and instructing me where to put the keys.
