Closer to my location, everything is good for me, keep in mind though, it will get busy all the time so have some patience!

Not all of the staff are rude however some of the staff needs to be retrained. Everyone should treat people the way they want to be treated. Follow up and follow through could be better, just this one experince will not stop me from renting from Enterprise i would just choose a diffrent location....
