Exceptionally poor customer service, hidden charges and fees, car was in poor condition. Upon call the on-site manager was unhelpful and arrogant. I will never do business with this franchise again - there are many better options out there who deserve my business.

The service is terrible. I was charged for the insurance, which I cancelled on the same day. They said they would refund for me; however, it's been 2 months since the day I returned the rental car...
