Terrible customer service. Threatening. Very little communication between insurance company and us. Never will we use them again. The manager was just as awful. Snotty and very non professional

We were looking for a wallbed unit and new mattress. Had been looking for some time and then got the idea to go to RAC. They had one that we wanted and fell in love with. They delivered next day and they give 90 days to purchase. So that is what we did and we cannot say enough good things about our experience or the wallbed.
