Very friendly people. The car was very nice, clean and had lots of upgrade features. The prices were as quoted. I walked in, was immediately addressed. The attendant found my reservation. I needed to add GPS and that also worked fine.
As a minor irritation, I would have preferred getting the car with a full tank of gas rather than 3/4 with the proviso that I return it with 3/4 full tank.

The people there were extremely courteous. I got my car and drove it home to pack for an out of state trip. I noticed that the car had an expired plate on it and called. They told me that you have 30 days, but since I was going out of town, I did not want to take a chance so I asked if I could have another car.
