I just rented a car for 4 days. Justin was fabulous. He was very helpful and pleasant. He was calm and professional even though he was crazy busy. They should, however, have more staffing. I rented the car on a Sunday, during the summer on Cape Cod and they only had one person staffing the counter and one picking and dropping people. I had to wait two hours for a pickup and then I waited...

The man who picked us up in the car was really unfriendly. They quoted one price over the phone and then claimed a price that was much higher. They treated us as if we were lying. The young man behind the counter was the only redeeming quality. They were evasive in answering our questions. Wouldn't recommend them at all .

I rent from this location three to four times a year. The older heavy set manager is not too pleasant or chatty. Maybe he's just miserable or a keep to himself guy but in that business customer...
