Very dissatisfied with the Fall River Enterprise, after renting from the Gardner Ma Enterprise rent a car for 20 years and them always working with me in all situations. Heavy turnover of most of the employees at the Fall River, MA branch but they all seem to be good people. Two areas that should be improved if customers are truly the priority... 1) Customers should not have to leave the establishment with a vehicle with only a 1/4 of fuel in the tank. The last thing a customer should be concerned with is taking a car to a gas station shortly after renting...

I have always been a loyal Enterprise Plus customer but this location is HORRIBLE. They change policies every other week! For 3 years I have put my deposit on a credit card and paid the rental fee...
