Horrible customer service from Danny Downs and Logan Jennings. Car wasn't ready when suppose to be changed over to another car that hadn't been cleaned yet. Made us 1 1/2 hrs late . Car returned after being parked in parking garage entire trip and charged additional 250.00 for "hail damage" . Car was never driven in a storm but they reported storms in area. Beware of renting from this bunch...
