Horrible, from day one customer service Representative was not friendly, knowledgeable or attempted to make us happy. My car was in an accident the day before I arrived to pick up the rental. My adjuster called to tell me the rental was ready and that my vehicle was being towed to the dealership for repair. AMAZING customer service! I was running behind due to a travel delay and they waited to pick me up! It was a Friday night, and Yes they looked eager for me to get out of there fast. haha But my point is they went well above what they had to staying about 15 minutes late.
