My addition is supposed to be done by thanksgiving as of right now there is nowhere finished. December first I am hiring a lawyer and reporting him to the government. He will tell you everything you want to hear over the phone but never live up to it. I will never work with this company again. My neighbor is a contractor and all he is doing is laughing at me for having a 2 month project in my back yard since June.

Enterprise Builders just wrapped up my remodel and addition in Virginia Beach. Burt Dail was very respectful and professional with my wife and I needs and concerns pertaining to the contract and over all progress with our project. All of his subs were on time and respectful and produced quick but exceptional work. His employees were on time and honest with us about all of the work being done. I recently hired Enterprise Builders to build a custom room addition on the side of my house.
The project is now over and I will admit I was really surprised how smooth everything went.
There was one sub-contractor who wasnt doing his part for the city inspector, and Mr. Dail replaced him on the spot, and made certain that my electrical inspection was correct and approved. I was very surprised at his genuine concern.
The other thing that really stood out was, instead of a line of different trucks and guys blocking up the road, there was usually only Enterprise company trucks and...

they have done a good job keeping everything very clean, taking into consideration my children.

My wife and I searched and searched for the right contractor to build our 2nd story addition, it was obvious from the initial meeting that Mr. Dail and Enterprise Builders was the contractor for my family and I.
The price was fair. The job was done well ahead of schedule and beyond our expectations. There was a minor issue at the end of the job and it was handled promptly and the situation was corrected. The Project Manager (Robert Miller), was always available and addressed any of our concerns.
