Good: They are very efficient and professional with there work. Bad: there equipments are well up to date and the quality is tremendous. Improvements: nothing much but i want to see more brands services and repairs. Other: in my book they are reliable hardworking and know what to do.

I had Engel install anew heating and cooling system in my home and they did a great job. Showed me all different options for tax credits and rebates. I saved alot with their knowledgeable staff. I had a Trane system installed.

I have been a loyal Engel customer for years. I will not call them again and I suggest you do the same.

They told me the water heater the installed in my house is an energy efficient one and it entitles me to a PECO rebate. They were not honest with me, because PECO told me that this particular model does not qualify for the energy efficient category.

never corrected the airdistribution after they installed, I asked for 17 years afound out they sold

After tiring of freezing in my bedroom and discovering that they no longer made parts for my Lenox that Engel installed, I got a new furnace amd condenser not from Engel.
