Really not impressed

I live out of state and I used this florist for Christmas 2006 for my parents and they did a great job. This year, I called and the lady was not polite and I requested a table arrangement for between $50 and $60 for Christmas 2007 to be delivered on 12/21. I then called to cancel as it turned out my parents would not be in town until several days later and I had also been put off by the woman's attitude. Apparently the service was great last year due to a former employee who has since started her own business: Four Seasons Florist. After cancelling with Enchanted Florist I placed an order...

I was a little hesitant since this place is in a small town and doesn't look much like a flower shop. However, the girl (a young blonde) did a wonderful job on my centerpiece. If I didn't know better I would have thought I was buying from a high-end shop in DC or NYC. I was so impressed, I gave her my weekly delivery to my rental house on the Island. While I was waiting for my order, I saw some amazing pieces for a funeral. She designed them to look like objects. I can't explain it but I've never seen anything done like that before.
