Never use these people. We paid them thousands of dollars for a brand new system that still doesn't work 5 days later, and no one knows why. Every tech that comes out to our house tells use something different and the AC manager keeps telling us he will call us and never does.
Do not call the phone number they have listed! It is NOT their phone number - it has been mine for over 7 years and I am tired of getting their calls. They are obviously not very professional if they cannot even get their phone number correct!
Terrible. Owner is unresponsive. A/C went out around 7pm for the fourth time. Tech cam out and said there was a leak in the system & motors were burned out. Someone would come in the morning to fix. Techs came the next day and the unit still didn't work after repairs. I called again and was told to flip the breaker to reset the system. After this suggestion didn't work, I called again and was...
I was going out of town the next day when my air conditioner went out. I called Empire and not only did they have my air conditioner fixed when I got home, I save about $150 because I was on the maintenance plan. Oh, did I mention how friendly they are...great customer service!!!
