Everything was great on this trip. Excellent breakfast to start the day, good exercise facilities in preparation for a couple of drinks and plenty of options to dine. A very friendly atmosphere among the staff and customers. We drove this time and the Hotel was very close to the main highway. I enjoyed it very much.

Clean hotel. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Although the reception staff was friendly - I didn't find them overly helpful or outstandingly gracious...Décor is a bit dated. The cleaning staff was super friendly. The free breakfast was a surprise and was good.

This hotel is dated and not as well maintained as other Embassy Suites properties that I have stayed at. My room had cleanliness issues, such as large chunks of food under the sofa. The gym is dated and most of the equipment needs upgrading. They skimp on the breakfast items, such as very thin bacon, frozen shredded potatoes, and powdered...

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are looking a little dated and could use some updating. The couch in particular in our room was showing its age---everything sunk to the middle and it was quite "springy." But the staff was so nice and for the price and convenience to the convention center the age of the couch...
