Elizabeth and her partner, Tony, were both very helpful and friendly. Elizabeth knows the area well, and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted with only one viewing visit. She was also able to recommend a closing attorney, an inspector, and a mortgage lender.

So very Happy that I was able to find an agent as Wonderful as Elizabeth!!! She listen to all Our wants and needs and worked very hard to make everything come to fruition which was very important to us. If I know of anyone that needs to buy or sell a home she would be who I would recommend

If you are looking to buy or sell a home I would highly recommend Elizabeth. She has extensive knowledge of Colonial Beach and the buying process. She has great response time and is patient and understanding. Professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had a great experience with Elizabeth. She was there to answer any questions we had no matter the time. She worked so quickly to get everything done we even got to close on the house 2 weeks earlier than planned.

Elizabeth Shepherd is simply awesome! She is professional and courteous. I never felt rushed or pushed to decide on a home and I had her show me many. She is responsive and available at all hours and she made my home buying process a pleasure! 5 stars to Elizabeth Shepherd!
