I have been a patient of Dr. Crognale for a number of years. I remain satisfied with Dr. Crognale's expertise as my physician, but have chosen to leave leave Premier Healthcare practice for a number of reasons. Mainly, the office is a disaster. It took a while to get an appointment for my "first visit" but over all it went very smoothly. She listened and addressed all of my concerns. I didn't feel I was rushed through the office visit. I will continue to see Dr. Crognale. Hopefully no issues will arise, so far so good.

Dr. Crognale's bedside manner is non-existent. She was apathetic to my situation and my requests for help. She would not even give me a note when I requested one to just show I had been in her office. But most importantly as I was still in severe pain, I went to the ER immediately after my office visit with he. My radiographs confirmed a serious medical condition that did require me to miss...
