This way my 1st experience at Elite Nails and out of the million nail salons that I have visited this was the worst poor service ever!! They had the ordasity to charge me $17.00 for just nail art only....no full set, no fill just design after they told me that price for nail & toe design together. So pissed...Elite Nails sucks:(((!!!!
