I was very disappointed with Elite Home Care Service. I was told to pay invoices in advance for my mother¿s care, which I did, but on many occasions the nursing assistant didn¿t make it on scheduled time and we learned that she called into their office as if she reported on time. The assistant made up her own schedule and it became a hardship on my family. I discontinue service due to not...
