I bought a Joey couture long sleeves white shirt. Unable to open it and try it on I trusted the owner sherry battle opinion when she said it was a quality shirt. Well since it was priced at 29.99 for a boys shirt. By all means it should be past nice. Upon getting the shirt home I opened it and found it be frayed, strings coming off, and paper thin!!!! I called her to let her know, she told me come back, I went straight back but she was gone........
I made it bac 2 days later and pulled out the shirt and showed her, I also told her this shirt is priced for $12 elsewhere, she didn't believe me but I had took pics and showed her. Looking though my phone she became IRATE and started hollering!! Taken off guard I became nervous and take a step back. My boyfriend asked for cash back, she asked him why was he talking to her when he wasn't a customer!! Really ok? She continues to hollar and said she wants him out the store, she proceeds to call security!! Upset that I wasn't able to exchange, get something else, or store credit, I call police. They can't do anything because its a CIVIL MATTER. And since she doesn't want us back in her store I'm stuck with the shirt unless I go to court. I WISH I COULD POST PIC!!!
Overall beware of this no cash back privately owned store, also being that I used cash I couldn't even stop payment. This is my worst shopping experience ever!!
No customer service, misrepresenting their product, and NOT upholding their posted policies, and excalating a situation on her behave. IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
I have been visiting Elite Child's store for over 2 years, I happen to come by them by mistake. The first time I came to the store inside the mall I was promptly greeted upon entry, was provided personal service aiding me to complete my purchase from start to finish. She has a client for life. Obviously you cannot please everyone, but if you ask me the service I received here, the specialty of her items, the robust web site, I am definitely an advocate of this store. I love their new location at Janaf, open bright and beautiful. She carries unique special occasion items that I found to be fairly priced. Her package deals are great, where else can you go to get all the accessories you need, shoes, tie, hat and a suit for a reasonable price. Not to mention all her items are name brand clothing that is hard to find! I have a 3 year old and a 15 month old and their both an Elite Child.
Very disappointed, No business Ethics, rude and undermining, Did not get what was ordered and tried to give us a dress 4 x too big.... Does not know how to conduct Business and very disgruntle when called on her Mistakes.... Sad and…
I found this wonderful store in Janaf, ""Elite Child""; it had a large selection of suits and dresses for boys and girls. I was in the store for hours going thru dresses for my daughter and a matching set for my niece. I picked you a beautiful suit for my nephew and the sales person was helpful in coordinating my selection. I picked up everything from hat to shoes and the prices were the best I have seen. I have told my friends and family it truly was a very nice shopping experience! I recommend this store to everyone for his or her Elite Child.
When you want your children to look unique , eligent, stylish, and stand out above the rest. There is only one place you can go, Elite Child! I have been shopping at this store for sixteen years now and I am always delighted. The owner give first hand service she has the nak of putting clothes together, I don;t have to think. I travel 41/2 hour everytime I come to yor store. I am never dissapointed. I know I will get good customer service and I just don;t have to think, you do it all for me. I just tell you what I need and .. Its done. I have children taht I don;t have a clue what they would like, you always make me look good. Thanks for always being there for me... I will hop over mountains if I have too to come to your store. Goog Luck !

I was vacationing in Virginia and went to the mall> This is a very nice store. The children clothing is very pretty. But the Lady behind the counter attitude STINKS. She needs a reality check. That is not the way to deal with the public. The greeting she gave us was terrible I walked out of the store. Good Luck to her with that attitude.
