After years of thinking they had been doing a decent job I found out they had not even bothered.

I would not recommend Elite Air, Inc.
First of all, I have been a customer for over 3 years. However, this year I've had some significant problems with them. There were 3 maintenance agreement visits that they made to the house, meaning there should have been 1, but it took 3 visits and even after those, I had to bring another company for a forth visit to get my air conditioning working.

Very nice on the phone when I first called.
Jim Josh and John were very professional.
On time both visits

Monday when (John) from Elite was here to diagnose the problem I haven't used the air since, Its been to cold, I am hoping all will be well when I turn the air back on and Johns diagnoses will correct. Thank You

The technician, Joe, did a very thorough job of inspecting our air conditioning unit. He made several good suggestions for the maintenance and upkeep of the unit and explained everything in detail. We would highly recommend your company.
