We often drop by for afternoon drinks on the balcony but decided to have dinner inside on a a windy day. We shared a selection of small dishes and all were great. It's the perfect time in Austin to start your happy hour at 4pm or so. 11 plates has great HH wines and Appies. Try their Brussels sprouted and Ahi tuna, or sliders with a nice glass of red wine and sit on their outdoor patio and enjoy the warm spring air
