Purchasing gas logs from this company was one of the most bizarre and frustrating experiences of my life. I dealt with outright LIES, with the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing, with shocking lack of information about the product or the supplier. We heard about chimney king on the radio, we never realized they carried all kinds of items like wood stoves grills all sorts of fire places. We went into the show room and ended up purchasing a new grill and refrigerator. We met very friendly and knowledgable people who really knew about the products.
