We love El Charro and go there frequently, as do many of our friends. The service is excellent, the food is reliably consistent and tasty, and the prices are amazingly low. I have always eaten the Taco Salad at El Charro, mainly because I do not like all the beans and rice that accompany so many Mexican menu items. Up until this past week, I would have rated the beef Taco Salad one of the best I have every eaten - that is why I always go back for that dish....
