Terrible service. Food order only half right and the other half cold when supposed to be hot. The coffee I wanted was empty. The worst Einstein bros bagels ever. The place should close. Staff were blank and acted like the customers were a bother.

The whole staff was very lively and energetic. Ms Anderson at the register is the best! While I'm doing my review just now, another customer in line complimented her too. Oh an the Asiago applewood bacon cheddar bagel was outstanding!
