This place is a joke. I used to live in boulder and went to the location there every morning. The Longmont location is absolutely terrible. The staff are nice enough but I blame upper management. Staff was very rude threw my sandwiches together they were a mess had to reassemble when I got home what's the point of having someone make you food if u have to fix it ?!

Customer service is seriously lacking, high school kids with no ethic and gave the impression we were bothering them. Food is ok as long as you're only there for a bagel and coffee, no more. Selection of bagels was lacking and only one pot of coffee was available.

Only reason I go here is for the bulk bagels and because it's close. Service is slow and orders are usually wrong. Coffee is usually out on weekends, food served cold quite often and the staff always seems disorganized. Who ever owns this place is letting it run just on the name alone. Get more involved please. Shame really, other franchises are run better.
