We have been with them since we moved here in 1996. I pay my bills online, and I never had a problem until ESFCU took over. There computer system is EXTREMELY SLOW and when you want to go between different options, you get this message that you have to wait until the previous option closes! Very disappointed that all of the major banks and credit unions have switched over to chips on their ATM or credit cards and this bank has not. I lay my credit card bill on time every month and some months it is not reflected. Will be changing CU's very soon.

Worst customer service ever. We will be changing banks . We had our account hacked and it took 3/weeks tonget resolve and even though we asked for a card for both my husband and I we again for the 2nd time only got a card for my husband.
