I called the office , answered by a rude receptionist and setup the appointment for coming week anyway since my relative was in real pain.
When I went on the appointment day, she retracted and said the appointment was not on that particular day but next week. She was rude again and hung up. What a waste of time.

The doctor was good and thorough in explaining everything and surgery was also good. I did not like the people who lift the phone calls or the people at the front desk. They are very blunt and definitely not friendly.
