Would give it 0 stars if I could. Management sucks and maintenance is no better. For what they charge you'd think they have better all around service.

The landscaping is beyond compare. It is a peaceful, and inviting setting. It is a realtively quiet and respectful community.

The apartments are spacious and functional. The cabinetry is outdated, as is the appliances. They have begun replacing flooring and converting it to Plank. Word of warning: Easily scratched and management will overcharge to replace it. Very expensive!

Very nice community. Office staff are very welcoming and friendly. Maintenance staff is awesome. They tend to get to service requests the exact same way. The clubhouse and fitness center are amazing. Love the gym! The indoor pool is nice as well. We have a tennis court beside the clubhouse. Lately on Wednesdays they have been allowing food trucka to come a service us. They take cards so it...

The location is perfect and all of the staff are very helpful. Maintenance is usually quick to fix problems and it would be the perfect place except for a few things. I have had multiple leaks from A/C but maintenance comes and is able to find the problem. There is a mandatory charge of $30 for valet trash, $35 for W/D rental, fees for trash and sewer, plus water.
