just becareful when you move out the office staff has an attitude, and they'll charge you outrageous prices for things done to the apartment before you actually lived there.

this place is a ------- joke. never in my life had i have to watch my --- while doing my laundry. I had two options rent an army or leave. If you like crack then this is the perfect place for you. The maintenance staff is a bunch of sketchballs. Since i have lived there my apartment has been broken into, my mailbox has been tampered with and residents have been mugged or...

This place is a joke, between the loud neighbors fighting, yelling all time of the night, laying on your car, smoke weed and partying all night this place is great. With the annually pest problem at the start of summer and winter and the helpful staff. You should really consider renting or buying a house for what you pay in rent.

I have lived here for almost 3 years, and I have not had any problems. You have your own assigned parking, no one bothers you unless you want them to. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing things quickly. The rent is cheap and the size of the apartment is decent. The staff is very nice and friendly. You hear the occassional kids running around screaming and people cursing on the weekends, but...
