To put it lightly, the gentleman working the front desk was uncomfortable to be around. And when we came to a problem with our check-in, and asked for his supervisor, he refused to connect us with them. On top of that, he refused to provide us with his name, no name badge worn. The hotel desk person was horrible. He was not friendly, was smart mouthed, kept my license and I'm pretty sure he double charged me but I'll see when the credit card statement comes.
