I booked this room for my husband through priceline, as he was traveling through the area. The person who checked him in was very rude, so that should have been a red flag there. However upon entering the room it was FILTHY. There was an honest to goodness cockroach in the sink. My husband left, it was truly that dirty. To top it off they would not refund his money. Attended a woodworking class in Franklin and stayed a week. Bed improperly made-up; old, worn tub and shower weak; no linen or bed fixed-up first day (but done, after complained); "desk" table broken and replaced with one almost as rickedy; floor lamp on its last "legs"; and no coffee for coffee maker until complained. The staff was responsive, but no follow-up.

first of all their was nothing that i liked about this nasty place!!i mean come on!!!why?? Would or is this place still opened??? Now on to the room and the hotel it self!! The room was nasty.the floors was a mess and the beds i dont think are changed at all .the bathroom well all i can say is how awful the toliet was broke you had to pour water in the bowl so it would flush,the floor is...
