Low price and easy access to downtown

The price was low, the location just fine and it was much cleaner than expected. The staff were pleasant and caring. For the price in comparison to the rest of offers for Portland, I expected sub par, but it was anything but in my mind. You wanna pay $200 for a snazzy room, fine; this was a safe and useful place to spend the night on the cheap. The ONLY con was the bed was toward the bottom...

It was fine for a one night stay the beds were hard and pillows were fluffy. We had 3 rooms and they are all different the chairs had stains and were old and tearing apart. The staff was fantastic just not in the best area but it was convenient

terrible experience

Our neighbors were living there, crack heads. Up all night drinking and smoking then they all got
Into a fight. Next morning a hooker came out of the room. The room was unclean, dirty towels, pubic hair on the toilet and shower curtain, stains on the sheets, cigarette burns on the chair and blankets. Window and door would not lock.

Those beds must have been the same since the 1970s or something. Me and my wife woke up with rashes all over our bodies. Just horrible. The rooms were ok, the neighborhood wasn't that bad
